She Thought No One Saw Her.
But God Did.

No woman should have to carry life's burdens alone.

GENESIS 16:13: "YOU ARE THE GOD WHO SEES ME"

The Story Behind Belahroi

Mother embraced by her daughter

Belahroi was inspired by Hagar, a slave woman who was pregnant, abandoned, and alone in the desert. In her darkest moment, she encountered God and declared, "You are the God who sees me," naming the place Beer Lahai Roi, meaning "the well of the Living One who sees me" (Genesis 16:13). The name Belahroi was coined from this powerful encounter.

God gave the vision for Belahroi to a single mother who had experienced abandonment, rejection, and the challenge of rebuilding after life's hardest seasons. She founded Belahroi so that no single mother, widow, divorced woman, or woman rebuilding her life would have to walk that journey without hope or support. We exist to provide community, support and hope, to every woman. No woman should have to rebuild alone.

"She thought no one saw her. But God did."
